Cancellation Policy
Every color service has a non refundable deposit that goes towards your service.
A 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a fee of 30% of services booked. Failure to reschedule appointment same day as cancellation will result in the 30% fee + new deposit required to book.
Cancellation same day of appointment will result in a no-show fee of 100% of services booked.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment you will lose your appointment & be charged a no-show fee of 100% of services booked.
If you are unhappy with your hair, I do not offer refunds, but I offer a complimentary redo within 7 days of your original appointment. Thank you for your business & your understanding!
